Eligibility:Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
Promotion period:Starts 26 October 2026 and ends 11:59 pm 10 November 2026.
How to enter:Submit your name and email through the official Carolina Lifestyle entry form during the promotion period and subscribe to Carolina Lifestyle emails. One entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or automated will be excluded.
Prize:One prize for the winner and four companions of the winner’s choice, consisting of:
Return economy flights for five people from the nearest Australian capital city airport to Sydney
Two nights’ accommodation in Sydney at a hotel selected by the Promoter located in Sydney CBD
Five Carolina Lifestyle gift vouchers valued at $500 each
Draw:The winner will be drawn at random at The Mill 41-43 Bourke Road, Unit 2C, Building 2 Alexandria NSW 2015 on the 16 November 2026 at 10 am.
Notification:The winner will be contacted by email or social media within 2 business days and announced on Carolina Lifestyle social media channels by 17 November 2026. If the prize is not claimed by 20 November 2026, a redraw will take place on 23 November 2026.
Prize conditions:
The prize must be redeemed for travel between 1st February and 30th April 2027, during off-peak periods and subject to availability. Travel and accommodation dates must be mutually agreed upon by the winner and the Promoter, with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the intended stay. All flights and accommodation will be arranged by the Promoter, taking into consideration the winner's location, preferred travel dates, and availability. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the final travel arrangements, acting reasonably and in consultation with the winner. Any upgrades, additional services or changes requested by the winner or their nominated guest will be at their own expense.
All five travellers must be 18 or over and travel on the same itinerary.
The winner and their nominated guest will share two hotel rooms for the duration of their two-night stay. Twin-share accommodation (two separate beds) will be arranged, subject to availability and the selected hotel's room configurations.
Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize package will be the responsibility of the winner and their nominated guest. This includes, but is not limited to, additional nights of accommodation, meals and beverages, personal purchases, hotel incidentals, optional activities, additional transport (including taxis and Uber trips, transfers), travel insurance and any upgrades or additional services requested by the winner or their guest.
Carolina Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from issue, can be used online at carolina.net.au or in-store, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. If any part becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Un-subscribing:You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after entering will remove your entry.
Privacy:Personal information will be collected and used in line with the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://carolina.net.au/policies/privacy-policy, including to administer the promotion and send marketing emails.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from the promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
